File viewer opens on first click, image close button fixed

Clicking a file in a request now opens it immediately. When browsing files attached to a request, clicking a file was dropping you to a top-level folder view instead of opening the file directly. You had to click a second time to actually see the file. That extra step is gone — one click now goes straight to the viewer.
Image files no longer show two close buttons. When opening an image file (PNG, JPG, and similar formats) in the viewer, two close (×) buttons appeared in the header simultaneously. Only one close button now appears, as expected.
