Redesigned Clients Workspace, Profile Photos, and Flexible Audit Periods
Punchcard's Clients page gets a unified browsing workspace, auditors can now upload a profile photo, and audit periods are optional when creating or updating an engagement.
Features
- Redesigned Clients workspace — Browse your clients and their engagements in a single searchable outline. Select a client to view and edit its details and appearance, or select an engagement to manage its settings and team, all without leaving the page. Keyboard navigation and multi-select make it faster to work across engagements.
- Create from anywhere — A single Create menu on both Home and the Clients page lets you add a new client or engagement right where you are, without navigating to a separate page.
- Profile photos — Upload, change, or remove your own profile photo from the account menu. Your photo now appears throughout Punchcard in place of your initials.
Improvements
- Optional audit periods — Audit period dates are no longer required when creating or updating an engagement. If you set just a start or end date, the other is now filled in automatically as a one-year period.
- Request inspector — A new menu next to a request's title in the quick-view panel keeps the "Open workpaper" / "Add workpaper" action out of the way until you need it.
- Home tips — First-visit tips now show your progress through the set and let you skip all remaining tips at once.
Fixes
- Unresolved comment counts and filters on a task's activity stream no longer include automatically generated system notes, matching the counts shown on the board.
