Scheduled status reports and richer evidence review in Office

Punchcard adds scheduled client status reports, evidence-table copying, Word External Review, and expanded CoAudit tools.

  • Send scheduled client status reports. Schedule reports with summaries, comments, attention badges, and highlighted client assignments. Recipients can unsubscribe in one click.

  • Copy evidence tables into Excel. Copy and insert tables from supported evidence formats, including PDF tables with citations attached to individual cells.

  • Share Word files in External Review. Word gains the read-only evidence-review experience available in Excel. Large Excel workbooks receive a warning instead of being refused outright.

  • Ask CoAudit to work beyond Excel cells. Read and edit supported text boxes, comments, notes, charts, and pivot tables.

  • Review and revisit Word insights. Browse saved responses, label insights, compare outcomes, and add citations to selected document passages.

  • Connect Word passages to evidence. Internal passages can serve as citation evidence, with more reliable citation navigation and preservation of review decisions.

  • Choose the skills you use. Manage skills from Customize on the web, opt into skills, and browse libraries named for your firm.
